Spanish House 2

A much larger house, still with only six bedrooms, but on a much larger scale.

Whilst the entrance to the house is from the ground floor, the main activity takes place on the lower floor. On entering the house, you enter a large open space with an open gallery looking down to the lower floor and a large staircase descending to this area. This area also gives access to four very large bedrooms, with full facilities. There is also access around the gallery to an open seating area and external terrace.

On descending the entrance stairs, you enter a large open lounge, the far end of the lounge gives access to the pool, to the left a family room, and to the right an open dining area.

Beyond these two areas are a further two bedrooms, each with direct access to the pool terrace. The left corridor has access to the underground car park, the right a large kitchen, both these areas are illuminated by glass sections of ceiling, below the water features above.

The pool divides into three sections, children’s areas to each end, and deeper water to the centre.

Beyond the pool are bar facilities, and an open dining area with an infinity pool above cascading water along the front into the pool.

There are views of the sea from the terrace on the ground floor and the rear of the garden.
